What is CRM Launchpad?
CRM Launchpad is a modern CRM built on Microsoft Dynamics 365. It takes the power of Dynamics 365 and makes it simple: pre-configured for how growing teams work, with a cleaner experience, practical AI built in, and a dedicated Client Success Manager and Developer to keep improving it with you.
Why choose CRM Launchpad instead of buying Dynamics 365 directly from Microsoft?
You still get the full Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. The difference is everything around it: out of the box, Dynamics 365 is powerful but complex, and most teams need significant setup before it works for them. CRM Launchpad starts from years of best practice, adds a simpler interface and AI features, and comes with a dedicated team that sets it up, trains your users and keeps it growing with you.
How is CRM Launchpad different from Salesforce, HubSpot or other CRMs?
CRM Launchpad runs inside your own Microsoft environment, so it works natively with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and Power BI and uses the security you already have. Instead of a self-serve tool you configure alone, you get a dedicated Client Success Manager and Developer who tailor it to your business, plus practical AI that writes updates back into your CRM with your approval.
Who owns our data, and where does it live?
You do. Your data stays in your own Microsoft environment (Dynamics 365, Dataverse and SharePoint), not in a shared Amplify database. For Canadian clients, environments and AI resources can be set up in Canadian Microsoft regions.
Is CRM Launchpad secure?
CRM Launchpad runs on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure and Microsoft 365, which are independently audited and covered by Microsoft's SOC 2 Type II assurance. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is controlled through your existing Microsoft sign-in, MFA, role-based permissions and audit logs.
How does the AI handle our data?
AI features run on Microsoft Azure AI within your Microsoft environment. Only the content needed for a task is processed, your data is never used to train AI models, and nothing is sent to consumer AI services. AI suggestions are always shown for review, so nothing is saved to your CRM until a person approves it.
Can you move our data from our current CRM or spreadsheets?
Yes. Data migration is part of getting started. We bring over your accounts, contacts, opportunities and history from your current CRM, spreadsheets or other sources, so you don't start from scratch.
Does it work with Outlook, Teams and mobile?
Yes. CRM Launchpad works natively with Outlook and Teams, so emails and meetings can be tracked right from your inbox, and the Dynamics 365 mobile app gives your team access to clients, notes and tasks on the go.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a self-serve trial, because CRM Launchpad is set up inside your own Microsoft environment. Instead, we start with a guided demo, and we can scope a pilot or sandbox so your team can try it with your own workflows.
Do you support French?
Yes. Dynamics 365 supports English and French, CRM Launchpad can be translated for your team, and French-language training and support can be arranged.
